01:25 PM PST: Business mail sending and receiving issues in iOS9 built in mail app

Affected users are those that originally chose the “Yahoo Mail” default account type. To resolve this issue, affected users should first remove the business email account from the built in mail app. Then, add their business email account with the “Other” account type.
