"BIM" is a process involving the creation of digital representations of physical and functional specifications of a facility.  The documents created using this process allow for better shared resources than previously hand drawn or overlaid plans. The whole purpose is to have a more cost efficient and coordinated effort in the building process, at the same time leaving a detailed as-built model of the buildings entire systems for the owners use. Our drafters attend every coordination meeting and play a huge part with out project management.
